  • we represent condominium owners in matters of issuing permits and consents in geodetic procedures related to a multi-apartment building and land,

  • preparation of the building maintenance plan, time schedule for the implementation of this plan and care for the implementation of the plan,

  • calculation of the building management costs and distribution among the condominium owners,

  • reporting to condominium owners on the work of the manager,
